Dear Speaker Vos-

I am writing to request that you schedule AB309 for a full vote on the Assembly floor.

At the State of State address last year, you stated, “We won’t allow anyone to mandate vaccinations on our citizens.”  I implore you to stand by your promise now.

As a Wisconsinite, I am calling on you to uphold our rights as citizens and step in to protect our freedom to make individualized medical decisions for ourselves and our families.  AB309 will eliminate barriers to the lives of everyday citizens so they can continue to put food on their tables and roofs over their children’s heads.

We simply cannot stand by idly while our rights are trampled, employees are terminated, and lives are destroyed over policies for a medical procedure that carries risks, including death, of which manufacturers have zero liability.

Please schedule AB309 for a full Assembly vote.

Hello, my name is XXXXXX and I am a resident of (location). I am emailing to request that the Senate Committee on Health vote YES (enter Senate bill numbers you support–especially SB336).

As a Wisconsinite, I am calling on those who have been elected to uphold our rights as citizens and step in with regards to vaccinations for COVID-19. The above bills reduce barriers to the lives of everyday Wisconsinites, in order for them to put food on their tables and roofs over their children’s heads.

It is time we unite across our state and country to push back against the aggressive lobbying efforts by the vaccine industry and by medical trade organizations whose interest and positions are of those that would increase their profits.

We simply cannot stand by idly, while our rights are trampled, employees are terminated, and lives are destroyed over policies for a medical procedure that carries risks, including death, of which have zero liability by the manufacturers.

Please vote yes on these bills.

There is also a public hearing on Tuesday Jan. 11th with regards to additional vaccine bills in another committee. Here is the agenda for that public hearing.

If you are able to attend Tuesday, that is wonderful, however we are encouraging a larger presence for Wednesday’s hearing!

CTA #20

 Action #1

CALL Assembly and Senate leadership daily from Friday, October 29th, 2021 – Friday, Nov. 5th, 2021.

Respectfully request that legal action be taken against the UW System on behalf of JCRAR to force the UW System to submit their COVID-19 policies to the legislature, to hopefully prevent vaccine mandates.

• Representative Robin Vos: (608) 266-9171
• Senator Devin LeMahieu: (608) 266-2056

Action #2

Call your personal Assembly Representative and State Senator and request that they contact the above legislators and insist that legal action is taken against the UW System. You can find your legislators contact information here by entering your address in the “Who are my legislators?” box.

Example Phone Script below:

Hello, my name is XXXXXX and I am a resident of (location). I am calling to request that legal action is taken on the UW System, as they have not complied with the August JCRAR motion that the UW System submit their COVID-19 policies to the legislature. It is imperative that this system be held accountable to prevent more restrictive policies from being implemented in the future. I am increasingly concerned of the loss of freedoms this state and country are currently facing, and encourage the leadership to be bold, stand up for the constitution, and help protect our state from our rights being infringed upon.

Please remember that staff members who handle phone calls are generally pleasant. However, if you prefer not to speak with anyone, you can choose to leave a voicemail before or after normal business hours (8am to 5pm). Please forward this alert to individuals and organizations who are committed to ensuring that our elected officials uphold the law!

Why the Call to Action?

Back on August 30th, 2021, Wisconsin United for Freedom sent out a ‘Call To Action’ with respect to the UW System. We issued a ‘Call to Action’ because as a state agency, the University of Wisconsin System is required by state law to submit administrative rule changes to the legislature, specifically the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules (JCRAR). On August 3rd, 2021, JCRAR passed a motion requiring the University of Wisconsin System, a State Agency, to submit their COVID-19 policies to the legislature/JCRAR by September 2nd, 2021. However, on August 24th, 2021, UW System President Tommy Thompson stated that he would not be submitting the UW System’s COVID-19 policies to the legislature/JCRAR, in violation of the August 3rd motion, and they have yet to do so.

In our previous ‘Call to Action’, we stated that if the Senate and Assembly leadership did not move forward on pursuing legal action against the UW System regarding this issue, that worse policies were going to be attempted to be implemented in the future, such as vaccine mandates. This is exactly what is taking place now. The UW System is planning to follow federal vaccine mandates for employees.

If the UW System is allowed to continue with this defyingly brazen abuse of power, they could potentially implement more restrictive COVID-19 policies in the future such as:

• COVID-19 vaccine mandates for all students and even campus visitors
• Required submission of personal health records, such as COVID-19 vaccination status
• Implementation of discriminatory policies against individuals who do not wish to publicly disclose their health records or who have chosen not to receive a COVID-19 vaccine

If this taxpayer funded educational system is not held accountable to the Wisconsin constitution, they will continue to boldly push, inch by inch, to see what other unconstitutional restrictions they can get away with. If action is not taken by the legislature, the UW System will push the boundaries even further and could potentially disallow individuals from attending college within the UW System based on whether they are vaccinated or not.

We encourage all freedom fighters in Wisconsin to pick up the phone daily starting October 29th, 2021, through Tuesday, November 2nd, and CALL Speaker Vos and Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu and request that they stand up to the bullies of the UW System and pursue legal action so that the law is followed. Our children’s educational future is at stake, and we encourage all groups who wish to stand up to the top-down Biden Administrations authoritarian vaccine mandates and drastic change in our cultural values to push back against this issue with us in solidarity.

3 BAD BILLS introduced in the State Assembly!

Action #1: Email the committee chair for the Committee on Constitution and Ethics (Rep. Wichgers) to request the committee NOT HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS on the bills below.

Email: Rep. Chuck Wichgers - Rep.Wichgers@legis.wisconsin.gov

Deadline to email: 11/5/2021

State of Wisconsin – Three DANGEROUS bills have been introduced – ALL BY Wisconsin  Democratic Legislators.

AB583 - relating to vaccination of 16-17-year-old minors without parental consent.

This bill seeks to eliminate the fundamental right of parents in Wisconsin to make medical decisions for their minor children.

• Minors may not have full knowledge of their medical history.

• Adolescents may be more likely to succumb to medical coercion by an authority figure.

• Teenagers may be particularly susceptible to pressure by means of incentivization (gift cards, vaccination kickbacks) as is regularly practiced in many retail settings.

Introduced by Wisconsin Democratic legislators: Hintz, Neubauer, Baldeh, L. Myers, Conley, Bowen, Stubbs, Spreitzer, Ohnstad, Anderson, Goyke, Emerson, Subeck, and Hesselbein, as well as Senators Roys and Agard

AB584 - relating to dentists administering vaccines and granting rule-making authority.

• A dentist may not know or have access to their minor patient’s health history or potential history of vaccine reaction.

• Families who opt to receive vaccines at a dental office may forgo well-checks with their primary health care provider.

Introduced by Wisconsin Democratic legislators: Hintz, Neubauer, Baldeh, L. Myers, Hebl, Pope, Emerson, Conley, Bowen, Stubbs, Spreitzer, Ohnstad, Subeck, Anderson, Goyke, Vining, Hesselbein, and Larson, as well as Senators Carpenter, Roys, Agard, L. Taylor and Johnson

AB585 - relating to purchasing and distributing vaccines for children and making an appropriation.

• It is not fiscally responsible for the state to initiate a purchasing program.

• The implementation of one purchasing system for both public and private entities relative to vaccinations is undeniably another step toward employing a nationalized, single-payer healthcare system.

Introduced by Wisconsin Democratic legislators: Hintz, Neubauer, Baldeh, L. Myers, Conley, Bowen, Stubbs, Spreitzer, Ohnstad, Anderson, Goyke, Emerson, Subeck, Hebl, Pope, Cabrera, Sinicki, Drake, Vining and Hesselbein, as well as Senators Carpenter, Roys, Agard, L. Taylor, and Johnson

Dear Rep. Wichgers,

I am writing to share my strong opposition for AB583, AB584, and AB585.

After over a year and a half of governmental policies filled with overreach, mandates, coercion,  and discrimination, as a Wisconsinite, I strongly ask you as the chair of the Committee on  Constitution and Ethics not to hold a public hearing on these bills. Wisconsinites want to  maintain our parental choices, our health choices, and we want to stand up against governmental  overreach. It is time we band together in unity against policies that will ultimately hurt the citizens of Wisconsin.

I respectfully encourage you not to hold a public hearing on any of the above bills.

Sincerely,

UW System is out of CONTROL!

Action #1:

CALL Assembly and Senate leadership on Tuesday, August 31st! Respectfully request that if the UW System does not comply with the August  3rd JCRAR Motion to submit their COVID-19 policies to the legislature/JCRAR by  September 2nd, that legal action must be taken against the UW System on  behalf of JCRAR to force the UW System to comply with state law.

• Representative Robin Vos: (608)266-9171

• Representative Jim Steineke: (608)266-2418

• Senator Chris Kapenga: (608)266-9174

• Senator Devin LeMahieu: (608)266-2056

Action #2:

Call your personal Assembly Representative and State Senator on TUESDAY,  AUGUST 31st and request that they contact the above legislators and insist that  the UW System comply with state law.  You can find your legislators contact information here by entering your address in the “Who are my legislators?” box.

Why the Call to Action?

As a state agency, the University of Wisconsin System is required by state law to  submit administrative rule changes to the legislature, specifically the Joint  Committee on Review of Administrative Rules (JCRAR).

On August 3rd , JCRAR passed a motion requiring the University of Wisconsin  System, a State Agency, to submit their COVID-19 policies to the legislature/JCRAR  by September 2nd, 2021.

However, on August 24th, 2021, UW System President Tommy Thompson stated that he would not be submitting the UW System’s COVID-19 policies to the  legislature/JCRAR, in violation of the August 3rd motion.  Call to Action! What this means is that the UW System could implement highly restrictive COVID-19 policies such as:

• COVID-19 vaccine mandates for all students, staff, and even campus visitors

• Required submission of personal health records such as COVID-19  vaccination status

• Forced COVID-19 testing requirements

• Implementation of discriminatory policies against individuals who do not  wish to publicly disclose their health records or who have chosen not to  receive a COVID-19 vaccine

The UW could also choose to alter their policies at any time, for whatever reason  they choose! As a State agency, the UW System MUST be compelled to follow State Law! The  Legislature MUST ensure that UW System submit their COVID-19 policies to the  legislature/JCRAR for approval.

YOUR ACTION IS NEEDED!

Example Phone Script below:

Hello, my name is XXXXXX and I am a resident of (city). I am calling to request  that you compel the UW System to comply with State Law and submit their  COVID-19 policies to the legislature by September 2nd. I am also asking that the  legislature, whose members have taken an Oath to uphold the Wisconsin and  U.S. Constitution, take legal action against the UW System if they do not comply  with State Law.  Staff members who handle phone calls are generally pleasant. However, if you  prefer not to speak with anyone, you can choose to leave a voicemail before or  after normal business hours (8am to 5pm). Also, if your schedule does not permit  you to call on August 31, you can make a call on another day this week.  Please forward this alert to individuals and organizations who are committed to  ensuring that our elected officials uphold the law!

Dear Senator,

I am writing to share my support for SB150/AB132.

This is a common-sense bill that protects the privacy of medical information for Wisconsinites. It requires that any piece of mail containing immunization information is enclosed and sealed, and that no immunization information is visible on the outside of the mailer. This bill is about health privacy, which is incredibly important for Wisconsinites.

I respectfully encourage you to vote YES on this bill.

Sincerely,

CTA #16

Tuesday June 8th - Phone Calls Needed!

ACTION #1

SPECIFICALLY ON Tuesday, June 8th – WE NEED ALL HEALTH FREEDOM SUPPORTERS to PLEASE CALL ASSEMBLY LEADERSHIP:

Respectfully let them know that you want them to place AB309 on the calendar for their next floor session. This includes the following individuals:

  • Representative Robin Vos: (608)266-9171
  • Representative Jim Steineke: (608)266-2418
  • Representative Kevin Petersen: (608)266-3794
  • Representative Tyler August: (608)266-1190
  • Representative Tyler Vorpagel: (608)266-8530

*Sample phone script listed below*

When you call, simply state your name, where you are from, and state that you would like AB309 to be added to the calendar for the next floor session and then choose one, two, or all three of the talking points below as your reason(s) why. Although the staff are generally very polite when you call, if you would prefer to just leave a message, you can call before 8am or after 5pm on Tuesday, June 8th. Whether you talk to a person or leave a message, PLEASE remain respectful.

1. Passage of AB309 would ensure that all students are granted an equal opportunity to attend any college that they have been accepted into, and not denied entry based on vaccination status. Subjecting a subset of the population to mandatory masks and/or frequent testing if they wish to decline a vaccine is unjust. Just as they cannot legally be discriminated against based on their race, ethnicity, gender, or religion, they should also expect that they would not be discriminated against based on vaccination status.

2. Wisconsin is at a high risk of losing many skilled workers should businesses begin imposing vaccine mandates. Additionally, many workers may not tolerate indefinite masking, and choose to quit rather than being singled out for declining to receive or show proof of vaccination. We currently have a severe shortage of skilled workers, especially healthcare professionals. Losing more workers will be catastrophic to our economy. While some employers want to mandate vaccines, it remains unknown whether these same employers would cover medical expenses should a vaccine they mandate cause harm. Where there is a risk, there must always be a choice.

3. Forcing people to show proof of vaccination in order to enter a place of business, or receive a service is discrimination. No one should have the right to demand knowledge of our personal healthcare decisions or be permitted to discriminate against you if you choose not to disclose this. All healthy individuals must be permitted to move freely in society. Without AB309, there is no guarantee that you will be permitted access to services should you decline to receive a vaccine or show proof of vaccination.

ACTION #2

Please ALSO call your personal Assembly Representative on TUESDAY, JUNE 8TH if they are not one of the individuals mentioned above and tell them to ask the above individuals to move AB309 forward. If you do not know who your representative is, you can find out here by entering your address in the “Who are my legislators?” box.

Example Phone Script below:

Dear Representative,

My name is (INSERT YOUR NAME). I am a constituent of (YOUR REP HERE). My address is (INSERT YOUR ADDRESS). I am calling because I would like AB309 to be added to the calendar for the next floor session.

The reason this is so important to me is: (list 1, 2, or all 3 of the talking points listed above).

Thank you for your time.

Further explanation:

It’s time to up the pressure Wisconsin! After an absolutely amazing turnout for the Assembly Committee on Constitution and Ethics public hearing on AB309, AB299, AB303, AB316, and AB347, it looks promising that all five bills will be passed by the committee, likely on either June 8th or June 9th . While all of these are good bills and move us in the right direction, AB309 is the most comprehensive and is the only one that would protect all individuals against discrimination based on vaccination status for all vaccines.

But there is no guarantee that all of these bills will move to the floor for the entire Assembly to vote on. This is where we need YOU! Please make this action item a priority, in the name of health freedom in Wisconsin!

Wisconsin United for Freedom stands firmly on the side of health CHOICE, and believes that Wisconsinites should be free to decide which medical procedures they will participate in without discrimination. We also believe Wisconsinites should not face the risk of losing our rights to work, obtain an education, participate in commerce or lose our Wisconsin way of life based on making an informed medical decision, especially when those medical procedures carry very real risks.

Wisconsin United For Freedom STRONGLY supports all of these bills.

1. Share if your employer is requiring a vaccine, and you love your job

2. Share if your child’s college has implemented vaccine requirements (this has already happened in at least 2 colleges in Wisconsin), and you want your child to have the same opportunities to succeed as anyone else

3. Share stories of discrimination based on vaccine status that you have personally experienced related to business access

4. Share personal stories of discrimination by athletic organizations, summer camps, inside your child’s classroom, etc.

5. Share stories of adverse reactions to vaccination

Dear Representative,

I am writing to share my support for AB299, AB303, AB309, AB316, and AB347.

All of these bills protect against what is currently the widespread promotion of segregation and discrimination based on vaccination status. Discrimination is a huge topic in our society today and I hope you consider that discrimination against Wisconsinites based on their vaccination status of one, some, or all vaccines, is just as important as discrimination based on race, sexual orientation, or discrimination based on a disability.

Wisconsinites may choose not to get vaccinated against Covid-19, or any other illness, for many reasons, including medical or religious reasons. Some may decline because they may have had a reaction to a previous vaccination, or feel that the risk of the side effects of the vaccine outweigh the risks of getting Covid-19.

The choice to receive any medical procedure should be left up to the individual and that decision should be made without endorsement or coercion from their employer, other businesses, or state agencies. The choice whether or not to vaccinate against one or many diseases should not force individuals to change jobs and/or careers; individuals must be free to work in their chosen field without fear of repercussions based on their vaccination status, especially when the medical decision comes with the risk of side effects including death.

These bills support freedom, choice, and the Constitution, and we respectfully encourage you to vote YES on these bills.

Sincerely,

State of Wisconsin – AB23 & AB24 were passed by BOTH the Assembly and Senate. Governor Evers vetoed these bills on 4/23/21.

Tuesday, May 11th: The Assembly will vote to override Governor Tony Evers’ veto of AB 23, which prohibits the Department of Health Services and local health officers from requiring individuals to receive a vaccine against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and AB 24, which prohibits local health officers from closing or forbidding gatherings in places of worship to control outbreaks and epidemics of the 2019 novel coronavirus.

May 11th Agenda

AB23 Relating to: prohibiting certain government officials from mandating vaccination against the coronavirus.

Assembly Bill 23

AB24 Relating to: closure of and forbidding gatherings in places of worship.

Assembly Bill 24

Both of these bills support freedom and choice. Wisconsin United For Freedom stands for both freedom and choice and these bills are a shining example of the type of legislation that we need in our state.

Dear Representative,

I am writing to share my support for AB23 and AB24.

AB23 and AB24 are excellent bills that support freedom and choice here in our home state of Wisconsin. AB23 prohibits government officials from mandating vaccination against coronavirus. A vaccination is a medical procedure that carries risk, and as such it should always remain voluntary. Government officials should not have the power to compel ANY medical treatment, including vaccinations. AB24 prohibits local health officers from closing or forbidding gatherings in places of worship, and freedom of religion is of the utmost importance, especially during trying times.

While the Governor has vetoed these bills already, I consider them to be of utmost importance in defense of freedom and personal choice. As your constituent, I urge you to please vote with a majority of your fellow assembly members and VOTE YES in support of this legislation.

Sincerely,

Dear Representative / Senator,

I am writing to request your support for LRB-3156/1 which will prohibit University of Wisconsin institutions and technical colleges from requiring students be tested for, or receive a vaccine against, SARS-CoV2 coronavirus as a condition of attendance. Each person should have the right to decide whether or not they wish to participate in any medical procedure and their choice should not result in discrimination or exclusion. This bill returns vaccination and testing decisions back to the individuals while maintaining their medical privacy.

As your constituent, I strongly encourage you to support this important piece of legislation.
